Overview
We are a fast-growing financial sales firm in Beverly Hills, CA. We're looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter -- someone bold, driven, and experienced in finding top-performing sales professionals. This is an in-office role only -- no remote work. If you're ready to build a team of elite sales talent, we want to hear from you. The Senior Sales Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts focused on sales positions. You'll work closely with leadership, use creative sourcing methods, and ensure we consistently bring in high-quality talent that drives our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Develop and Execute Recruiting Strategies: Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization.
- Candidate Sourcing and Outreach: Engage in proactive sourcing, including cold calling, lead generation, and social media campaigns, to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Executive and Sales Recruiting: Lead executive search efforts and source top-performing sales professionals through targeted outreach and networking.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring manager to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and deliver qualified candidates.
- Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit to ensure long-term success within the company.
- Job Descriptions and Postings: Craft clear, targeted job descriptions and strategically post roles across platforms to maximize visibility.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Employee Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of current employees to ensure alignment with company culture and role expectations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Lead smooth onboarding for new hires and oversee professional offboarding processes.
- Mentorship and Strategy: Contribute to the overall recruitment strategy and provide mentorship and support to junior recruiters. Key Skills &
Qualifications
:
- Employee Evaluation: Strong experience in using advanced evaluation techniques to accurately assess candidate fit.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proven track record in cold calling and generating high-quality leads.
- Social Media Recruitment: Familiar with leveraging social media management tools to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Executive Recruiting: Expertise in developing and executing strategies for high-level executive talent acquisition.
- Talent Management: Adept at building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Over Experience in Recruiting, with a focus on sales and executive roles.
- Organizational Abilities: Excellent at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Location Requirement: Must be able to work in-person at our Beverly Hills office.
