An established manufacturer of architectural hardware and industrial components seeks a career-minded Inside Sales Representative to support business operations. This is a direct hire position offering $21 - 25 per hour with an excellent benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

of the Inside Sales Representative:

• Bachelor's degree
• Some office or customer-oriented experience
• Education or experience related to manufacturing, architecture, design, construction, business, e-commerce, product development, marketing, or sales is desired
• Team-oriented with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Inquisitive and takes initiative
• Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suites

Responsibilities

of the Inside Sales Representative:

• Support customers, sales team, and management with a variety of support duties
• Confirm product price and availability
• Provide product information and troubleshooting needs
• Sending product literature or samples as needed
• Process customer orders and return authorizations
• Provide invoice copies, proof of deliver, and other order information
• Facilitate large and special orders
• Assist with special projects, problem analysis and reporting
