Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the cash register with attention to detail. * Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively to maximize sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register is a plus. * A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques is essential.
