We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial & real estate analytics. This role involves conducting comprehensive market research for clients, understanding real estate modeling with projections and analyzing investment opportunities to be presented to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and match them to our clients.
• Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to evaluate potential investment returns.
• Utilize Client Management software tools to streamline data.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance and support.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Prepare necessary documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
• Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Participate in networking events and community activities to promote services and expand client base.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
• Knowledge of real estate law is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in real estate administration is beneficial but not required.
• A valid real estate license is required for this position.
