Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a Growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform building material take-offs. * Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads. * Travels regularly throughout territory to call on regular and prospective customer to solicit orders or talk with customers by phone. * Display or demonstrates product to customers * Quote prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained * Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules * Work with Sales Coordinator to keep account activities up to date * Develop and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts * Investigate and resolves customer problems with deliveries * Attend trade shows * Other duties as assigned by Manager Essential Requirements: * Must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily * Extensive experience in lumber, trusses, windows, doors, roofing, millwork and commercial hardware. * Detail oriented * Highly motivated, self-starter * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to use a smart phone and have general computer skills * Must have prior selling experience Benefits: Tibbetts Lumber offers an excellent benefits package to our employees including: * Competitive wages * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Short & Long Term Disability * 401(k) plan * Vacation, Sick & Holiday pay * Health Savings Account Legal Disclosures: Tibbetts Lumber Co.
