About Truconnected At Truconnected, we are dedicated to helping the less privileged by diverting unused company resources from landfills, repurposing them, and donating them to communities in need. Our mission is to create a sustainable and equitable future by reducing waste and empowering those who need it most. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and creative Account Executive to help us expand our sales goal by reaching and engage our donors and achieving a set goal NET NEW Revenue of $1M per annum. Job Overview We are seeking a Commission-Based Account Executive with expertise in sales and client relationship management. This person will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, and driving net new revenue growth for Truconnected. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for environmental sustainaiblity and bridging the digital divide. Note that this position is commission-based only, the commission would be 60/40 based on items sold and paid out at the end of the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue for Truconnected. Most Truconnected Customers are donating latops, cellphones, servers and etc. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. * Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. * Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the leadership team. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a commission-based role. * Experience with environmental sustainaiblity products or projects. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Experience with ITAD(IT Asset Disposal) is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Passion for sustainability, social impact, and the mission of Truconnected. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in the non-profit sector or a mission-driven organization. * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
