Wayfinders Insurance Group , a growing Florida Blue agency, is seeking Field Sales Agents to represent Florida Blue plans in local communities across Florida. What You'll Do

:

• Engage with your local community to educate and enroll clients in Florida Blue ACA plans
• Attend and organize local outreach events, health fairs, or info sessions
• Build your own book of business through referrals, community partnerships, and networking
• Provide ongoing support to clients and assist with renewals or changes
• Stay informed on ACA updates and Florida Blue offerings What You 'll Need:
• Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your local area
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and follow up effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for helping others and making a local impact Job Type: Contract Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Experience:
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:
• Health Insurance License (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
