Customer Account Representative Duties: * Drive client engagement, conveying product features, advantages, and benefits in a clear and compelling manner * Build lasting relationships with clients by diving into their needs, engaging in a friendly but professional manner, and resolving any concerns in a timely manner * Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all team members * Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to customers * Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills * Comply with all company policies and procedures while interacting with customers Preferred Customer Account Representative Qualifications: * Prior experience in Leadership, Management, Account Manager, Customer Service, Sales, or related fields is preferred * A determined and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection, setbacks, and challenges while maintaining a positive attitude * A desire to grow and advance quickly from an entry-level position * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Must be available to work on-site at our office location Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,500.00 - $57,500.00 per year Work Location: In person
