Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Sales Representative to join our dynamic aesthetic and plastic surgery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while actively converting inquiries into sales , offering detailed information about cosmetic procedures, and ensuring a positive patient experience. This is a sales-driven role that requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position offers a highly competitive bonus and commission structure based on performance. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Assist clients with inquiries related to aesthetic procedures, surgery packages, or general services. * Present treatment options and pricing with confidence to convert leads into consultations and sales. * Provide accurate information and solutions to client concerns while maintaining a warm, empathetic tone. * Use data entry tools to document all interactions and keep client records updated. * Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations or escalate to the appropriate department. * Stay informed on all treatments, procedures, and promotions to ensure up-to-date guidance. * Work collaboratively with the team to enhance patient satisfaction and sales performance. * Support clients by providing clear, effective communication in both English and Spanish. Fluency in both languages is required. Qualifications * Previous experience in a call center, sales, or aesthetic clinic is preferred. * Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. * Familiarity with cosmetic and aesthetic medical terminology is a plus. * Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems is essential. * A passion for customer service and helping clients feel confident and informed. * Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
