As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, this individual will be responsible for coordinating orders throughout the entire order cycle. From overseeing full sales cycles, liaising between colleagues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments. Opportunity Inside Sales Representatives can be promoted to an Enterprise Account Executive based on experience, initiative, and drive. This promotion provides the opportunity to make $100k-plus with no ceiling. Responsibilities: * Assist Enterprise Reps with clients' needs * Enter sales orders through CRM platform * Foster existing customer relationships and prospect new potential customers * Increase sales with customer base by regular 1-1 contact via phone and email campaigns * Collaborate with vendors, partners, sales engineers, and technicians Requirements: * Customer service experience * Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task * Knowledge and experience with using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) * Must have a coachable attitude - willingness to learn - ability to work in a team environment * Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Benefits Package: * Annual compensation of $45,000 (paid at an hourly rate of $23.00 with the opportunity for overtime) * Paid Medical, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability Insurance, and Life Insurance * Dental & Vision Insurance Available * Paid Time Off: 2 weeks during the first year, 3 weeks per year onward * Sick Days * Paid Holidays * Bonus opportunities * 401(k) * FSA Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
