NextDoor Exterior Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Advisor to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic with excellent communication and customer relation skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, strong attention to detail, and has a passion for helping customers find the best solutions for their needs. Only looking for candidates that want to be apart of a highly motivated sales team! We are looking for roofing and solar advisors in the following counties: Pinellas, Hillsbrough, and Pasco! Top Advisors are earning over six figures!! Experience is highly preferred but would be willing to train the right candidate Responsibilities : * Outside sales position * Customer Advisor and project management * Communicate with customer throughout entire sales process * Collecting payments Qualifications: * Valid drivers license * Must have basic computer skills * Ability to work from smartphone * Ability to lift over 20 pounds * Able and willing to climb on roofs * Must be able to pass background check * Must be able to pass company drug screen * Must be U.S. citizen Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Uncapped commission * Weekly bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Manatee County, FL (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Manatee County, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
