: We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of properties, providing guidance to buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing and negotiating transactions.

Duties

: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Conduct market research to determine property value - Create listings for real estate properties - Market properties through online and offline channels - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale - Provide guidance and support to buyers/sellers throughout the transaction process - Maintain a database of clients and properties for future opportunities
