Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities * Greet customers and assess their automotive needs through effective questioning and active listening. * Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits. * Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with leads through outbound sales efforts. * Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and dealership promotions. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance. Skills * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong upselling abilities with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. * Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales processes efficiently. * Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. * Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values.
