Account Manager - Business Management Firm (AgilLink Experience Required) Location: Beverly Hills, CA Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Business Management My Professional Search, Inc. has been retained to identify a qualified candidate for our Business Management client in the Beverly Hills, CA area. Summary / Objective: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager with a background in business management and hands-on experience using AgilLink Software. This individual will play a key role in managing high-net-worth clients and overseeing their financial operations with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.

Responsibilities

:

• Handle full charge bookkeeping with strong accounting knowledge
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues
• Prepare and process financial statements and monthly cash flows
• Maintain exceptional interpersonal communication with clients and team members
• Apply strong analytical and organizational skills to daily operations
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks
• Oversee client projects and ensure timely completion
• Problem-solve complex client matters with thoughtful solutions

Required Qualifications

:

• Prior experience in a business management firm working with high-net-worth individuals
• AgilLink software experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
