ACME Signs and Prints is a 50+ year old Sign, Print & Stamp company rapidly growing & expanding its services and retail presence in Orlando & Central Florida. We are a one stop shop company in Orlando offering all kinds of Print and Sign solutions. We're looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing Print & Sign company ! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales by developing relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting those leads into loyal customers Skills & Abilities required:

• Prior Experience of Digital Printing / Sign products & materials / Apparel printing
• Work Experience in a Print / Sign shop is preferred
• Thorough Knowledge of Adobe & other Design Softwares
• Knowledge of Signs and Print materials is preferred
• Strong outbound cold calling skills
• Business to business sales experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications.
• Self-Starter
• Ability to Generate Leads
• Reliable transport for daily commute.
• Ability to function well as a team player.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and time management.
• Ability to make presentations and close accounts.
• Good working knowledge of basic desktop computer applications including email, Excel, Word, Power point etc.
• Exceptional Negotiation & Customer Service skills
• Must be Good in selling and upselling print & Sign products / services.
• Strong Communication skills. In English and Spanish
• Highly organized and fast-paced
• Able to work well under pressure

Duties

&

Responsibilities

include, but not limited to:

• Generating new business Leads through various channels i.e., Cold Calls, Emails, LinkedIn, Google, social media etc.
• Attending Walk-in customers, understanding their signs and graphics requirements and providing solutions
• Upselling products and solutions
• Handling the sales cycle from Submitting estimates, negotiations, follow-ups to closing deals.
• Handling Existing customers & Online leads
• Coordination with production team to ensure accuracy &smooth delivery of jobs.
• Gathers all necessary specifications and information to write work orders.
• Displays ability to overcome customer objections with a friendly approach Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Education and Experience

• Prior work experience in B2B sales
• Prior work experience in Print & Sign Industry
• Degree / Associate / Diploma in business studies Graphics Design or similar

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the Florida State to work
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).
• Must submit an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verification's, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
• All applicants must agree to drug screening, background check and reference checks as a condition of hiring.
