M3 Glass Technologies is an architectural and decorative glass fabricator serving the DFW, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Oklahoma markets, as well as shipping to customers across North America. Qualifications : * 5+ years of successful experience selling products or services in the construction industry * Hands-on or management experience in any construction trade is a plus Skills : * Strong networking and relationship management skills * Excellent communication skills * Proficient in learning and using CRM and other software and apps * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Ability to understand construction documents * Researching and cold-calling new prospects Responsibilities : * Promote M3 Glass Technologies to Glaziers and other target audiences * Cultivate existing customer relationships to maintain a strong bond and grow wallet share * Foster new accounts in the same way, building a relationship between them and M3 * Maximize close rate and margins by adjusting proposals within authorized limits * Maximize margins by selling on M3's quality and service * Develop proposals for customers * Follow up and close outstanding proposals * Exceed sales goals * Submit sample requests for proposals and submittal packages as needed * Actively participate and contribute to sales team effort with colleagues * Actively participate in associations * Maintain accurate and timely information for Customers, Deals, and Activity in CRM system Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Irving, TX 75060 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Irving, TX 75060: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
