About the Role We're looking for a driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Associate to join our team and help accelerate growth across key segments in the foodservice industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast- paced, performance-driven environment and is excited to contribute to a company focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restaurant, hospitality, catering, and foodservice sectors. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, purchasing managers, and distributors. * Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets. Account Management & Customer Success * Manage a growing book of business with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. * Recommend tailored product solutions and pricing strategies to meet customer needs. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution. Technology & Data-Driven Sales * Use CRM tools and sales analytics to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and inform outreach. * Deliver virtual product demos and presentations using digital tools to expand reach and enhance engagement. Industry Expertise & Market Insight * Stay informed on foodservice trends, customer pain points, and sustainability initiatives. * Represent Restaurantware at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as needed. What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of B2B foodservice sales experience (disposables, packaging, or restaurant supplies preferred) * Familiarity with the foodservice industry (restaurant, catering, hospitality, or distribution background a plus) * Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and virtual selling tools * Strong communication, organization, and follow-through * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and professional growth * Comfortable working independently while being highly accountable to team goals Our Culture We move quickly, work hard, and constantly strive for better.
