Technical Services Specialist Custom Building Products A Quikrete Company Job Description -----THIS IS NOT AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) POSITION---- Custom Building Products, a building material installation product manufacturer, is looking for a professional person to join its Technical Services product support team in the John's Creek, GA area. Position Overview * Works closely with other team members in a national call center to provide outstanding support to our customers by providing product information installation instructions, documentation and addressing product complaints. * The representative should seek to create a positive experience for each caller and provide an accurate and effective response. * Provides product support for a national sales team Qualifications - Exceptional positive customer service attitude - A clear and professional phone voice - Effective listening verbal and written communication skills - Ability to ask discerning questions to make accurate product recommendations - Proficiency with computers and typing skills - Able to diffuse tense situations with customer complaints - Able to understand technical information - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Experience with tile & stone installation, flooring installation, cleaning & maintenance products will be valuable, but training will be provided - Fluency in multiple languages will also be useful Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Johns Creek, GA 30005 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Johns Creek, GA 30005: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
