As a Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage sales projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and meet quality standards ensuring quality satisfaction - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables - Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation - Coordinate and facilitate meetings with project team members and stakeholders - Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may impact project delivery - Implement change management processes to effectively manage project changes Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or experience in sales - Proven experience in project management, preferably in a sales or marketing environment - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Kanban - Excellent meeting facilitation skills to effectively engage stakeholders and drive decision-making - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Knowledge of lean principles is a plus If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for driving successful sales projects, we would love to hear from you.
