Job Overview Join our team at Pink's as a sales representative and help this exciting team, working with clients to make their windows spotless! You will contribute to a fun, fast-growing team while making an excellent reputation within the Pinks territory among its customers. This role has a direct path to grow along with the company and expand into a larger part of the Orlando-area team. Responsibilities * Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seeking out new customers (residential & commercial) through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Sales Presentations: Presenting the benefits of window cleaning services to potential clients, highlighting features and addressing their needs. * Estimating and Pricing: Calculating and preparing accurate job estimates, pricing services competitively, and presenting them to clients. * Closing Sales: Persuading clients to book window cleaning services and securing contracts. * Client Relationship Management: Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients to build loyalty, identify repeat business opportunities, and gather referrals. * Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. * Goal Setting and Achievement: Meeting weekly, monthly, or annual sales goals, demonstrating a results-driven approach. * Technical Skills: May require basic understanding of window cleaning techniques and safety procedures. (Training provided). Requirements * Strong Sales Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with clients. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage leads, track sales, and schedule appointments. * Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve sales targets and drive revenue. * Reliable Transportation: May require a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to customer locations. * Basic Math Skills: Ability to calculate estimates and pricing. * Computer Skills: May be required for using CRM software or managing leads online.
