: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to operate a Snap-On Tools mobile tool store serving the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain relationships with an established customer base within your territory, calling on clients weekly.
• Follow and execute a proven sales program to maximize sales and service offerings.
• Sell, collect payments, and service customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product advancements to offer expert advice and recommendations.
• Act as a leader in your region, fostering a positive environment for both team and customers.

Requirements

:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or mechanical sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to identify and act on new business development opportunities.
