Independent Contractor: Full Time - Base pay for full time: $2500 / month + $150 every appt set and followed through with. (Potential for + 2% commission on the project). Join our dynamic team as a leading provider of plant tree nursery and yard renovation services in and around the Los Angeles County area. We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Door-to-Door Representatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote our products directly to potential customers in residential areas. Responsibilities: - Conduct door-to-door conversations and appointment setting to homeowners in designated neighborhoods. - Educate potential customers on the benefits of our plant tree nursery and yard renovation services. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to address customer inquiries. - Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets - Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts Requirements: - Proven experience in direct sales or customer service is preferred. - Being able to walk 4+ hours a day - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable transportation for daily travel within assigned territory. - Fluency in Spanish is an advantage Benefits: - Competitive compensation structure with both base salary and commission. - Comprehensive training and ongoing support. - Opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
