What we do: We help people update their attics. We do that in three ways. Make sure the attic has enough insulation, air seal the attic, and make sure the attic has proper ventilation. According to the Department of Energy, 9 of every 10 homes needs to be updated. Because of this the federal government has created a program for people to update their attics and the government, the power company and the state will help people pay for these things to be done to their home.

Responsibilities

:

• Hire sales consultants as needed
• Train sales consultants as needed
• Manage the sales consultants
• Lead the sales consultants
• Maintain the proper closing percentage for the decided market
• Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments

Requirements

• Sales Leadership experience
• Hiring, Training, Managing experience

Compensation

& Growth

• Base pay plus commission
• Salary starts at $80,000 a year. Can increase based on experience
• Our average In Home Closing Manager will make $175,000 in their first full year, $280,000 in their second and around $375,000 in their third For us leadership is everything.
