The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both sales and marketing, with expertise in utilizing software for effective territory management and customer relationship management. This position will require up to 50% travel. Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. * Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance. * Utilize Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze market trends. * Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales and upselling. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals. * Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. * Foster relationships with key clients through direct sales efforts and inside sales techniques. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for senior management.
