Responsibilities

: Meet with pre-qualified leads--no cold calling needed Conduct in-home consultations & CLOSE THE DEAL Sell high-quality HVAC solutions with confidence Follow up, follow through, and NEVER leave money on the table WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven HVAC or in-home sales experience (3+ years) Confident, competitive, and MONEY-MOTIVATED Closer mentality - You don't just pitch, you sell Strong communication & people skills Tech-savvy and detail-oriented Valid driver 's license (we provide the car)

• Proven sales ability -- must be comfortable recommending system upgrades and closing deals.
