We're currently seeking a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our team at our Melville, NY office. As an Account Manager, you will be a key player in growing our client base and expanding existing relationships. You'll collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to provide clients with personalized infrastructure solutions that meet their unique business needs. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute customer retention and acquisition strategies * Drive business growth through equipment and subscription service sales * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers * Communicate CloudFirst's unique value proposition and technical offerings * Collaborate with internal teams to develop solution proposals * Engage with IT vendors/distributors to create an accurate Bill of Materials * Participate in marketing and outreach campaigns * Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and provide regular forecasts * Conduct client surveys and maintain regular communication both virtually and on-site Experience * 5+ years in IT services, IT hardware, or enterprise software sales (direct or channel) * Proven track record in new business development and sales target achievement * Strong communication and presentation skills (technical and executive levels * Experience working with managed services, hardware, software, or subscription-based solutions If you're an individual who thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering real value to clients, we'd love to hear from you!
