As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to lead and support our sales teams across multiple locations. Position Summary: The Regional Sales Representative will oversee and drive occupancy growth for a portfolio of assisted living communities within the region. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, training and mentoring on-site sales teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring each community meets or exceeds its occupancy and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and oversee sales and marketing plans to drive census growth across assigned communities. * Collaborate with Executive Directors to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies. * Analyze sales data, occupancy trends, and competitive market information to adjust strategies as needed. * Build strong relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations * Partner with marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, events, and outreach efforts. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards in marketing and sales practices. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. * 5+ years of successful multi-site sales experience, preferably within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding occupancy goals. * Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and CRM systems. * Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to travel throughout the assigned region regularly.
