Re-Bath Position: Sales & Design Consultant REPORTS TO: Sales Manager Join Re-Bath of the Heartland - Where Sales Meets Style! What You'll Do: * Be the Hero : Arrive prepared, connect with customers, assess their needs, and create stylish, functional bathroom solutions. * Design & Close: Help homeowners pick products and designs they love -- then seal the deal. * Own the Process : Measure, price, and prepare project folders like a pro. * Train Like a Boss : Join regular training sessions (in-person and online) to sharpen your skills and stay ahead. * Represent the Brand : Attend trade shows, events, and more to generate leads and showcase our offerings. What You Bring: * A go-getter attitude and unstoppable drive to succeed * Solid communication skills and an eye for design * The ability to work independently (but thrive in a team) * Previous in-home sales experience (a bonus, not a must) * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license What's In It for You: * 100% Commission Pay : $100,000-$160,000+ per year * Incentives : Monthly, quarterly & annual bonuses * Leads Provided : No cold calls.
