What You'll Do

As our Sales Representative, you'll be the welcoming face of Club Pilates-- energizing, educating, and empowering prospective members to begin their fitness journey. Your mission is to build strong relationships, deliver outstanding experiences, and grow our Pilates community. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Driving membership sales through studio tours, phone outreach, and engaging Demo Classes
• Building genuine connections with prospective members and guiding them through the onboarding process
• Promoting our full range of services, including group classes and teacher training programs
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals
• Representing Club Pilates at local events to boost community visibility
• Using sales software and customer management tools to stay organized and efficient

What You Bring

• A passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others
• Confidence in sales with a strong drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Club Ready software is a plus, but not required
• A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong computer and organizational skills
