We are seeking a Front Desk Customer Service / Inside Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for Customer Service, Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers and develop new customers, Handling Incoming Sales Inquiries by phone and email. Maintaining customer records and other sales related documentation. Outbound courtesy calls for maintaining sales and updating customers. Assist walking customers with material selection and provide the product information. Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient user in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
