Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. * Upsell additional products or services based on customer interest and needs. * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers. * Ability to upsell products and promote special offers effectively. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. * Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and attentiveness to customer needs. * A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and sales techniques.
