Our mission started when one of our co-founders, an auto repair shop owner, had $180,000 stolen from his shop. Now we're on a mission to bring powerful, intuitive solutions to auto repair businesses across the country--and we're looking for people ready to move fast, learn quickly, and grow with us.

About the Role

: As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact with potential customers, sparking interest and uncovering opportunities. Your mission: fill the pipeline for our sales team and be a driving force behind WickedFile's growth. What You 'll Do:

• Prospect & Qualify - Identify, reach out to, and qualify auto repair shop owners and managers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and more.
• Inbound Lead Response - Quickly follow up on inbound leads and move them toward discovery calls.
• Outbound Campaigns - Run personalized outreach campaigns to generate interest and schedule demos.
• Discovery Conversations - Conduct initial conversations to understand pain points and assess fit.
• Collaborate with AEs - Pass qualified leads and support Account Executives to help close deals.
• CRM Management - Keep HubSpot/Salesforce updated to track leads, activities, and pipeline.
