About Us: At Tuxedo Concierge, we give busy professionals and families their time back through high-touch, in-home concierge services. From laundry and tidying to errand-running and meal-prep, our goal is simple: make life smoother for our clients. We've grown quickly thanks to exceptional service and word-of-mouth-- and now we're looking for a reliable, professional, and proactive team member to help us continue that momentum in metro-Atlanta. What You 'll Do: * Client Service : Personally serve clients up to 25 hours per week. * Manage Local Operations : Oversee day-to-day management of clients and staff in the Atlanta metro area. * Scheduling : Coordinate schedules for all Atlanta-based clients and staff; ensure proper staff-client matching. * Back-Up Coverage: Serve as a fill-in for client services when another team member is unavailable. * On-Call Presence: Be available to respond to urgent or in-person needs from clients or staff. * Quality Assurance: Occasionally observe other staff during client service (1-2 hours/week) to ensure top-tier standards. * Client Onboarding: Meet new clients, assess their needs, and introduce them to their assigned concierge. * Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new clients. Qualifications: * You're based in the Atlanta area and have reliable transportation. * You're organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent people-skills. * You have a desire to lead our local team in delivering superb client service. * You're a natural problem solver who thrives on autonomy. * You have experience in scrappy marketing, advertising or sales.
