The candidate we seek: * Has direct in-home sales experience * Has the ability to adapt to most people * Is not afraid to make money and ask for it * Is not a 9 to 5-er, will work evenings or Saturday if needed * Will sell products he/she believes in * Is independent yet will take direction * Wants pre-set appointments USA Insulation, a leading provider of residential and commercial insulation products and services with over 50 locations across the country is seeking a professional salesperson to join our team in Buffalo. As an in-home Sales Consultant, you will conduct a detailed assessment of the insulation needs of a homeowner. You will provide solutions and pricing at the time of presentation and book an install date while in the home. Self- generation is strongly encouraged for those who want more appointments. This is a 100% commission only position. Our most successful sales consultants run appointments 6 days per week. Year one compensation should be between 60K - 80K.
