Our signature program is our women's weight loss program that we lead our clients through achieving dramatic results with not only weight loss but PMS and menopausal symptoms. We have a rewarding position available with a knowledgeable support staff. We are looking for a Wellness Coach to join our team and help our clients reach their health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be knowledgeable regarding our programs and support with all clients. nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle habits. The Wellness Coach will provide personalized guidance and support to clients, helping them to create achievable goals and develop sustainable habits. The successful candidate will also be able to provide motivation and encouragement to help clients stay on track with their plans. Responsibilities: * Lead consultations with prospective clients to determine which program(s) fit their needs and goals * Be educated and passionate about the BeBalanced programs and how they benefit our clients. * Review all client surveys, assessments and recommending appropriate solution(s) based on client profile. * Engage clients throughout their journey. From consultation to set up moving into 1:1 consultations, supporting the client throughout their journey to achieve goals. * Be nimble adjusting client strategies to accomplish their goals * Provide clear and detailed documentation of the clients' experience * Provide timely correspondence and follow up using email, live calls and text messages. * Monitor and assess client progress. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success. * Stay up-to-date on the latest health trends and research.
