You will knock doors in in this position. What you do: * Work with the homeowner to educate and assist them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily We are looking for experienced salespeople AND people looking to make a change in their career.
