Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. * Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. * Manage existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. * Perform product demonstrations to educate clients on features and benefits, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies that align with company goals. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information in the CRM system. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients effectively. * Experience in account management is preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical or medical sales environments. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike.
