We are hiring for an entry-level Retail Sales Associate position on our team. The entry-level Retail Sales Associate will play a crucial role in customer acquisition, involved in assisting customers, helping with sales operations, and providing a positive experience. As an Entry-level Retail Sales Associate, your main duties will include: * Offer detailed product presentations, targeting consumers' direct needs and presenting viable solutions addressing their concerns, wants, and preferences * Engage in conversation with customers to provide a positive experience, ensuring customer retention * Promote services and products, informing of upcoming promotions to the services and products offered * Upsell additional items, when applicable, to increase revenue and target sales goals * Process customer's information following compliance rules and regulations, ensuring an ethical transaction * Collaborate with other entry-level Retail Sales Associates to ensure seamless operations and all KPI metrics are hit across the team The key requirements for the Entry-level Retail Sales Associate role are: * A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required * 1-2 years of experience in a sales, hospitality, or customer service environment is highly desirable * Personable demeanor, positive attitude, and professionalism * Communicate effectively with customers and other entry-level Retail Sales Associates * Previous experience in a retail environment or customer service roles * Must have a passion for helping others and leading with a Customer First attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43,373.00 - $50,200.00 per year Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
