Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Counter Sales & Service Associate to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience with truck, hydraulic and air hose assembly, strong knowledge of fittings and adapters, and a background in retail sales. The ideal candidate will also have experience in warehouse operations, truck parts, and forklift operation. Responsibilities * Greet and assist walk-in customers and contractors in a professional and friendly manner * Fabricate and assemble custom hydraulic and air hoses to customer specifications * Provide expert advice and support on fittings, adapters, and related components * Process retail transactions using POS systems accurately and efficiently * Handle incoming phone inquiries and assist with parts lookup and troubleshooting * Support inventory management through stocking, labeling, and organizing products * Participate in shipping and receiving processes, including filling and packing large orders * Operate a forklift to load/unload and move product within the warehouse (certification preferred) * Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and warehouse areas * Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer and operational needs Qualifications * Proven experience in hydraulic and air hose assembly * Strong working knowledge of fittings, couplings, adapters, and hose-related components * Retail experience with strong customer service and communication skills * Familiarity with truck parts is an asset * Experience in shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment * Forklift certification or experience (current license preferred) * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed * High school diploma or equivalent preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Experience: * hydraulic and air hose assembly: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Charlotte, NC 28269 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Charlotte, NC 28269: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
