Honda Sales Consultant Location: Silver Spring, MD, 20904 Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Honda Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with both customers and other employees, as well as a demonstrated commitment to customer service. The candidate should also be comfortable using video tools, Facetime, etc., to assist customers. The Honda Sales Consultant will be responsible for: * Assisting customers in selecting the right Honda vehicle for their needs * Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process * Building and maintaining relationships with customers * Meeting and exceeding sales goals * Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: * Strong communication skills with customers and * Demonstrated commitment to customer service * Comfortable using video tools, Facetime, etc., to assist customers * Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers * Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions * Be able to work in a fast-paced environment * Be a team player * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings and weekends * Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable safe driving record * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Must be at least eighteen years of age * Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background)
