Job

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively communicate solutions that meet client needs. Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Duties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify their needs.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress.
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying new markets and potential clients while maintaining a competitive edge in technology sales. Skills
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of account management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Proficient in warm calling techniques and building rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Experience in business development strategies that drive growth in technology sales sectors.
