Fuzion Energy is seeking Sales Consultants to join our team! Our sales consultants enjoy the benefits of a base salary, commission, bonuses, and the potential of a company car. In addition to that our consultants receive company generated leads Responsibilities: * Offer a variety of products including solar electric systems, synthetic turf, HVAC, and home backup systems * Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Prospect and contact potential customers * Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Create sales proposals to present to customers Qualifications: * Previous experience in solar sales, in-home sales, customer service, or other related fields * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Solar Sales: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Bakersfield, CA 93314: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
