We are a rapidly growing distributor of premium residential flooring products, looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Southern California market. If you're experienced in flooring sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a strong work ethic to everything you do, we want to connect.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Call on residential flooring dealers across Southern California to promote and sell our full line of flooring products (hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and more)
• Develop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and sales teams to drive consistent sales growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
• Product Knowledge, training, and stay actively engaged with dealer accounts
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong sense of urgency

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in residential flooring sales or related industry
• Established knowledge of the Southern California flooring dealer market is strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter mentality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must be willing to travel frequently within the territory
