Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to introduce products or services and generate interest.

• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call targets and conversion goals.
• Stay informed about the company's products, services, and market trends to deliver effective sales pitches.
• Provide feedback to the management team to enhance lead quality and overall sales processes. What We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and succeed in a sales role.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
