Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Representative - In-Home Senior Care Location: Moore, Norman, and South Oklahoma City, OK Compensation: Competitive base salary + unlimited commission (based on client hours added) About Us: We are a compassionate, locally-focused in-home senior care provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Representative with a background in the home care or healthcare industry , and a deep understanding of the Moore, Norman, and South OKC healthcare landscape. This role is responsible for developing new referral sources and growing client hours by building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and ancillary service providers. Key Responsibilities: * Drive growth by identifying and developing referral relationships within the assigned territory. * Engage regularly with doctors, hospital discharge planners, case managers, and community partners. * Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and community events to promote our services. * Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and referral sources. * Collaborate with care management and intake teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. * Track activities, performance metrics, and ROI through CRM systems. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or marketing in the home care, home health, hospice, or senior care industry. * Existing relationships or knowledge of key players in Moore, Norman, and South Oklahoma City is strongly preferred. * Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and referral goals. * Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
