Join the Sweet Treets Bakery Team as a Happiness Delivery and Sales Person! At Sweet Treets Bakery, we're all about spreading joy through our artisanal, custom-decorated cakes and delectable treats. Position: Happiness Delivery and Sales Person What You 'll Do: * Deliver Joy: Safely and efficiently deliver our beautiful cakes and treats to various locations around Austin. Ensure each delivery is handled with care and arrives on time. * Create Smiles: Greet and assist customers with warmth and friendliness, both in-person and through email/phone. Your positive attitude will set the tone for their experience with us. * Manage Orders: Handle the preparation and boxing of completed orders, making sure everything is perfect before it leaves the bakery. * Keep Things Running Smoothly: Open and close the store, manage the front-of-house operations, and assist with deliveries during peak times. Use Square POS (training provided) to process transactions and track orders. * Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure orders are accurate and high-quality. Report directly to the Associate Director and follow our bakery's procedures. * Be a Team Player: Contribute to a positive, fun work environment and be willing to jump into various bakery tasks as needed. What We 're Looking For: * Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. * Friendly and Positive Attitude: A genuine passion for helping people and making their experience memorable. * Multitasking and Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and work both independently and as part of a team. * Physical Stamina: Comfortably lift and transport large multi-tier cakes (30-50 lbs) with care. * Flexibility: Available to work on weekends and holidays (we're closed on Sundays and Mondays, plus select holidays). * Experience: Previous experience in foodservice or retail is a plus, but not required. * Certifications: Must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of hiring.
