Job Summary

: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Support Associate to build our CRM system, generate leads, and maintain current customer data. The ideal candidate will have prior CRM knowledge and be a go-getter with a passion for driving sales and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and customize our CRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the sales team and the organization.
• Regularly update and audit the CRM to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop procedures for data entry and management to optimize efficiency.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through industry-specific networks and channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with current campaigns.
• Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
• Maintain and update current customer data to ensure information is accurate and comprehensive.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for new sales initiatives.
• Create and distribute regular reports on customer insights to the sales team.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in CRM management and data entry.
• Experience in lead generation within relevant industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
