Junior Retail Sales Consultant Responsibilities: * Educating customers on Watson's products and services. * Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of merchandise. Own all phases of the customer experience from initial greeting, through delivery and post-sale follow-up. * Creating Over-the-Top customer experiences! * Keep customers updated regularly on orders or any status changes. * Represent the Watson's brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism. * Assist in maintaining store displays and merchandising.
