The Faricy Boys is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative. The ideal candidate would have prior sales experience even if it is not in the automotive field. Automotive Sales Representative Qualifications: * Greet and assist customers in a timely manner when entering the property * Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication * Spend time with customers to determine their needs and then providing options * Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts & emails. * Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals * Be able to maintain above average CSI scores. Job Requirements for Automotive Sales Representative: * High School Diploma * Must have valid driver's license. * Successfully pass background test and drug screen. * Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. * Current or Previous Auto Sales experience preferred, but not required.
