Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert fashion advice to help clients enhance their personal style. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be key to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to assess their fashion needs and preferences. * Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on current trends. * Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that complement their style. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new arrivals and seasonal collections. * Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory effectively and assist with stock replenishment. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. * Supervise junior staff members, providing training and support as needed. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Requirements * Strong background in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry. * Basic math skills with a focus on retail math for inventory management. * Experience in supervising staff or mentoring junior team members is preferred. * Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems. * Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features of merchandise. * A keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of customer preferences. * Previous experience in grocery store settings is a plus but not required.
